Negative: The washing machine didn't work. It would wash for 40 seconds once filled and then stop completely..Didn't matter what setting was selected. I tried calling both contact numbers and there was no answer. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Great room, great location! 5 stars all the way! Positive: We thought the entire process from check in to check out was outstanding! The instructions for getting into the property was easy and precise as well as exiting. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels, blankets, etc for our family of 5 to use. The host was excellent at accommodating our requests and needs. Negative: Nothing at all! We were very happy!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: Very clean. Near to the Rosen convention centre. Negative: I stayed for one week. Although this is not a hotel, it would be good if there was some cleaning and change of towels in between.

Great area to everything near by. Other than a/c not cooling bedrooms super cold at night out stay was great.
