Modern & spacious Home w/Pool-BBQ 15min to Disney

The dirtiest outdated property I ever stayed in but great location to Disney Positive: Location was perfect only a few minutes from Disney Negative: Cleanliness of property. Property was not well cleaned with dirty walls dirty baseboards dirty dining room chairs dirty throw pillows dingy towels outdated toilet stool with green mold around flush button low water pressure in showers and hard beds

Positive: Clean and spacious. Pool was great. Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and in its own gated area complete with a pool and fitness facility.

Spacious and comfortable house, but some mattresses need replacing Positive: The house is spacious, comfortable, and very bright. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that feels very safe. We were 6 adults and 2 children and the house accommodated us very comfortably — the common areas are generous and the number of bathrooms worked very well for a group of our size. Negative: Some of the mattresses should be checked. At least two of them were very worn and extremely uncomfortable, to the point that some of us had trouble sleeping and woke up quite sore. Replacing those mattresses would make a big difference for future guests.

Not what I expected Positive: Pool was nice as it was heated which we paid for but it's was on small side and leaked. Negative: The whole house needs a deep clean, it was very dirty. Dishwasher filter had all food stuff in it. The tumble dryer filter was thick with dust. One of the beds in the disney room was broken. TV in main room not working properly. Oven filter full of fat. BBQ was very greasy.There was only 4 pool towels for 8 adults. No tea towels. All cutlery had to be washed. Filter system for the neighbours pool was making loud noises 24 hours of the day. Table runner and mats had food stuck to them. There was only 7 dining chairs and one had been broken. One of the gates to pool broken and the door too the patio doors also broken so it was a security risk. .

It was refreshing and quiet. Positive: The property was clean. But the home was not ready at check in. The home was still being cleaned. Negative: Everything was perfect
