Recently renovated townhome near Theme Parks

I will not return to this property Positive: When we first walked in and looked clean, but as we began to stay, we found different situations in the property Negative: We couldn’t talk to the host about anything all the numbers was disconnected. We couldn’t get in touch with the security at the property it took us 45 minutes to get in the gate of the property because they didn’t send us the proper code to get in the gate. We had to wait on a car in order to come in behind them then when we got to the property, we couldn’t enter the property because they didn’t send us the pin code to the property. It took 45 minutes to get in touch with someone to give us a call to the property. They told us to park a certain way we have an SUV so we couldn’t park straight up and down to the property so we park sideways as we seen others. Then they said that we was too much on the grass. The front end of the truck was over the grass and they charged for towing so we had to pay $300 to the tow company then we discovered we was laying on period stains that was left in the mattresses. Looks like urine mildew and everything was stuck to other mattresses within the home we took pictures. This is unacceptable. It look clean to the eye, but once you start staying, you will see different things that just unacceptable and disgusting.

Lovely and comfortable house with plenty of room for our family. Location is great - close to everything but far enough from the central bustle to disney so its more quiet. The management company responsed quickly to any questions. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a limit of 2 vehicles. There isnt anywhere else for a 3rd car to park within any short distance.
