Condominio Vista Cay a 5 minutos de Universal+Conv Center

Six nights in unit Positive: We liked the location. It had many stores and restaurants nearby. It was nice they provided laundry and dishwasher pods. The unit was very spacious with an enjoyable balcony. The showers are very spacious. We liked the option of having TV to watch. Negative: The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. The day beds in the second bedroom had a lot of dust and hair. We wished there was more toilet paper. The wifi kept going out. The TV kept saying it couldn't connect to the router.

Negative: The washing machine didn't work. It would wash for 40 seconds once filled and then stop completely..Didn't matter what setting was selected. I tried calling both contact numbers and there was no answer. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Great room, great location! 5 stars all the way! Positive: We thought the entire process from check in to check out was outstanding! The instructions for getting into the property was easy and precise as well as exiting. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels, blankets, etc for our family of 5 to use. The host was excellent at accommodating our requests and needs. Negative: Nothing at all! We were very happy!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: Very clean. Near to the Rosen convention centre. Negative: I stayed for one week. Although this is not a hotel, it would be good if there was some cleaning and change of towels in between.
